“Don’t Be Silent! Captivity Kills”: Kyiv rally demands release of Ukrainian POWs

“Every voice is important. Every presence is a sign of support,” the association stated.

In addition to inadequate conditions, they use torture during interrogations, which is morally degrading, the journalist emphasised.

Earlier, ZMINA reported on an action held in Kyiv near the American Embassy building, “No ‘Deals’ Without the Release of Ukrainians from Captivity”, organised by the “Soldiers’ Release” public organisation.
Its participants called on the American administration to pressure the Russian Federation to return Ukrainian prisoners. Their release should demonstrate Russia’s ability to negotiate with the entire world.
