Russian attacks on 9 July killed five civilians and injured at least 79 others across six Ukrainian Regions (oblasts), according to the National Police. Those killed were in the Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, Donetsk and Kharkiv Oblasts, while the injured were reported in those regions as well as the Sumy and Dnipropetrovsk Oblasts

The report published by the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights concluded that Russia has violated International Humanitarian Law on a grand scale and is responsible for numerous and overlapping violations of International Human Rights Law.
