Russian night attack on a civilian enterprise in the Kharkiv region kills three civilians

In the early hours of March 8th, 2025, the Russian army attacked a civilian enterprise in Bohodukhiv, Kharkiv region, with drones. The attack resulted in the deaths of three civilians and injuries to seven others, as reported by Oleh Syniehubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.

Syniehubov added that the Russian shelling occurred at 2 AM.

Unfortunately, one person died; a charred body was retrieved from under the rubble, and an expert examination is underway,” the official initially wrote.

Later, it became known that three men had died as a result of the attack. All of them were civilians. Another seven people were injured.

The State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES) specified that production workshops were destroyed in the attack, and a large-scale fire broke out over an area of 2,000 square meters.

Rescuers are working at the scene, and firefighting and search and rescue operations are ongoing.

On the night of March 8th, Russian forces launched a combined strike on the city of Dobropillia in the Donetsk region, preliminarily with an Iskander-M missile, Tornado-S MLRS, and a Geran-2 drone. The attack resulted in at least 11 deaths and 30 injuries.

Previously, Bohdan Bernatskyy, a member of the Sanctions Policy Working Group of the Crimean Platform Expert Network, revealed at the Third Parliamentary Summit in Latvia that over 1,300 Russian military companies and 2 million industry workers continue operating, many without international restrictions.
