31 verdicts were reached in criminal cases related to the protests during the Revolution of Dignity.

As reported by Serhiy Horbatiuk, the Head of the Department of Special Investigations of the General Prosecutor’s Office of Ukraine, during the broadcast of the Hromadske Radio.

“More than 360 people have been informed of suspicion, 232 indictments have been sent to court. Only 31 verdicts have been reached”, – he said.

According to Serhiy Horbatiuk, out of this number of sentences only two “titushkas” were sentenced for abducting and keeping in detention an activist of the Euromaidan.

“Suspensions were reached in other sentences. There are cases when victims reconcile, as was the case with Gavrylyuk”, – added Serhiy Horbatiuk.
