Russian shelling on October 13 kills four, injures dozens across Ukraine
Russian shelling on October 13, 2025, killed at least four civilians and wounded more than 10 others across the Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Kherson, and Dnipropetrovsk regions, according to the National Police of Ukraine.

In the Zaporizhzhia region, a married couple was killed when their car was struck by a drone.
In the Donetsk region, five people were also wounded, including four Kostiantynivka residents and one person from Lyman.

In the Kharkiv Oblast, 57 wounded patients from a hospital shelled by Russia were added to the daily report, but since this occurred on the night of October 14, they will be counted in the casualties for that day. On October 13, Russian strikes in the Kharkiv region wounded two women in Kupiansk.
In the Kherson region, a Russian drone wounded a 48-year-old shop assistant and a 73-year-old customer in Bilozerka, and later wounded two more people in Kherson. Also included in the regional report were wounded individuals from previous days: three men from Kherson and one woman from Bilozerka.
In the Dnipropetrovsk region over the past day, Russians wounded two police officers who were working in the Synelnykivskyi District.
