Complaints to the ombudsman about violations of the rights of families with children in Ukraine are rising sharply. A total of 171 were registered throughout 2025 – about a third of the number received since the start of 2026. Action on 137 complaints helped recover more than 3.3 million hryvnias for Ukrainian familie
