Vladimir Putin announced an "Easter ceasefire," which supposedly entails the cessation of all hostilities in Ukraine from the evening of April 19th until midnight on April 21st. At the same time, the Russian Ministry of Defence stated that the Russian occupiers would adhere to the ceasefire regime provided Kyiv reciprocates
