Ukraine accepts US proposal for 30-day ceasefire if Russia reciprocates
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio during a news conference in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia said that the US has made an offer, which the Ukrainians have accepted, "to enter into a ceasefire and enter into negotiations to end this conflict in a way that is enduring and sustainable."
