Russian strikes kill nine civilians across Ukraine on 27 July

Russian military strikes on 27 July 2026 killed nine civilians in the Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, Mykolaiv, Donetsk and Kharkiv Regions (Oblasts), while at least 77 others were injured in attacks that also struck the Zaporizhzhia and Sumy Oblasts, the National Police reported.

Those killed in Russian attacks on July 27 included:

Russian attacks also injured 19 civilians each in the Donetsk and Sumy Oblasts.

In the Donetsk Oblast, those injured included residents of Pryvillia, Druzhkivka, Kramatorsk and Sloviansk. In the Sumy Oblast, residents of at least seven hromadas were injured, including seven children.

In the Kharkiv Oblast, Russian strikes injured 15 civilians, including residents of Kharkiv, Derhachi and Balakliia. In the Zaporizhzhia Oblast, 14 residents, including three children, were injured in Russian attacks.

Eight civilians were injured in the Kherson Oblast. The daily casualty report also included a man who was allegedly to have been injured after triggering a land mine in the city of Kherson.

Two more civilians were injured in Russian attacks on the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

On 26 July, Russian strikes killed five civilians across Ukraine.
