Poroshenko fires 86 judges
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed the decrees to fire 86 judges for oath breaking.
This is reported by the press service of the Head of State.
Poroshenko dismissed three judges for the unlawful judgments against the activists of the Revolution of Dignity by the decree No. 27/2016 of January 30.
Earlier, the High Council of Justice (HCJ) recommended to dismiss judge of Chervonozavodsky District Court in Kharkiv Denys Chudovsky, judge of the Obolonsky District Court in Kyiv Yulia Shvachach and judge of the Shevchenkivsky District Court in Kyiv Dmytro Kravets for oath breaking during the Maidan.
In addition, Poroshenko fired 83 judges of the Russian-annexed Crimea for oath breaking by the decree No. 28/2016 of January 30.
