Diplomats will took away Hayser Dzhemiliev from the Russian colony

In order to free the son of the leader of the Crimean Tatars Hayser Dzhemiliev, his defends intends to engage consular services of Ukraine in Russia.

Mykola Polozov, of the lawyer he imprisoned, told to the “Krym.Realii”.

According to him, this is necessary to minimize the risks associated with intentions to bring to Kyiv after his release.

The consuls will arrive on an official consular vehicle, which will be used to transport Hayser. This transport is not subject to review and can’t be stopped. I hope this will provide a minimum guarantee that we won’t have provocations Russian law enforcement,” lawyer explained.

He does not exclude that new criminal proceedings may be initiated against him.

For instance, that he stole something from the prison or attacked a guard. Provocations may happen when he will be released. The main task in this period will completely isolate him from possible contact with the law enforcement officials,” Polozov continued.

According to him, if Hayser will not receive a permission to go to Ukraine, he will be transported to the Ukrainian consulate. He will stay there until all the issues are solved.

Hayser’s term of sentence expires on November 26, but according to Russian law, he has to be released a day before, on Friday, November 25.

Hayser Dzhemiliev was found guilty of murder by the negligence of Evzi Edemov, a friend of the family.

After the annexation of Crimea, law enforcement decided to investigate the case again. He was transferred from Simferopol jail to Krasnodarsky Kray in Russia.

The Supreme court of Russia reduced the initial term of sentence to five years.

The Dnipro court of Kyiv ordered to imprison him for three years and eight months.

Hayser Dzhemiliev serves the sentence in the Astrahan prison №10.
