Donbas militants will “nationalize” apartments on behalf of Russia – Intelligence service

According to Ukrainian Intelligence, Russian military command instructed the militants of ORDLO (Certain areas of Donetsk and Lugansk regions) to conduct the so-called “nationalization” of apartments, which are uninhabited for more than 3 months.

As reported by the Chief Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on March 22.

“In order to prevent layoffs of personnel Russian occupation forces have instructed the local governments of the so-called “DPR” and “LPR” ordered the immediate revision of the residential areas in order to “nationalize” the apartments, houses and economic buildings of citizens, who left them uninhabited for more than three months”, – said in the statement.

According to the Chief Directorate of Intelligence, it is planned to populate the “nationalized” premises with Russian citizens, who do not have housing on the territory of Russia and have declared their willingness to extend the contracts for military service in the formations and units 1 (Donetsk) and 2 (Lugansk) of the Army Corps of the Center for Territorial Troops of the Southern Military District of the Russian Federation.
