The investigation is complicated by the fact that the territory, where the crime was committed, is still terrorist-controlled.

Vyacheslav Abroskin, the head of the Ukrainian Interior Ministry’s Main Department in the Donetsk region, posted this on Facebook.

According to him, November 10, lieutenant-colonel of the main intelligence department of the general headquarters of the armed forces of the Russian Federation Igor Bezler, who has been already put on the Ukrainian wanted list under Article 258 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, was notified of suspicion of committing crimes under Paragraphs 3,12 of Part 2 of Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Thus, apart from crimes related to terrorism, now he is wanted for homicide by the group of persons with prior agreement.

Abroskin recalled that in July 2014 the video had appeared on the Internet, showing self-proclaimed leader of the “DPR” militants Igor Bezler questioning Ukrainian war prisoner Oleksiy Kudriavtsev.

After the witnesses and eyewitnesses, who had been held captive together with Oleksiy, had been interrogated, it was established that Bezler shot Kudriavtsev dead,” Vyacheslav Abroskin said.

The investigation is complicated by the fact that the territory, where the crime was committed, is still terrorist-controlled.

As a reminder, the Security Service of Ukraine also suspects Igor Bezler of murder of member of Horlivka city council in Donetsk region Volodymyr Rybak.
