The NGO “Crimea SOS” created the interactive map of human rights violations in Crimea.

You can view it here.

The occupation regime encourages widespread abuses, including enforced disappearances, unlawful detentions, and violence against the Crimean Tatars, activists, journalists, and other individuals. This map documents the violations outlined above. It is based on reliable media content monitoring and human rights watchdogs’ reports. As of today, 179 violations were registered,” reads the description of the map.

In September, the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights and OSCE High Commissioner on National Minorities Astrid Thors released the report indicating that respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms on the peninsula had “dramatically worsened” for many people, including the pro-Ukrainian activists, journalists and the Crimean Tatars, since the annexation and occupation of Crimea by Russia in 2014.
