Russia damages apartment building in Dnipro in overnight strikes

While carrying out strikes on Ukrainian cities, the Russian forces damaged an apartment building in Dnipro in the night from October 7 to 8, 2025, according to the public broadcaster Suspilne. Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration, also reported explosions in the suburbs of Kharkiv city.
Explosions in Dnipro were first reported late Friday evening. After midnight, Suspilne informed the public about repeated explosions in Dnipro, as well as in the suburbs of Kharkiv.
Several floors of a staircase section in an apartment building in Dnipro were damaged.
A new series of explosions was reported in Dnipro around 2 a.m. Explosions were also heard in Kharkiv at the same time.
