The “LPR” separatists posted a video showing a man confessing to blowing up the railway lines outside Lutuhino town and a pylon near Khriashchyvate village.

The so-called “state security minister of the republic” Leonid Pasechnik stated that the KGB officers of the so-called “LPR” detained a “saboteur” from Krasny Luch, the separatist media said.

The video shows that the man had been beaten as his face and neck werecovered with bruises and blood. It is difficult to speak and even sit for him. The video also shows that the man has disability.

“Within the framework of identification and suppression activities of persons contributing to Ukrainian security services and the armed forces of Ukraine, the LPR state security officers arrested one of the members of sabotage and reconnaissance group, suspected of involvement in the organization and carrying out a number of acts of sabotage in the territory of the republic,” he said.

Earlier, the Human Rights Information Centre reported that “LPR” and “DPR” militants practiced executions.
