Russian media inform two persons were arrested in occupied Crimea. They have been dubbed as “the Ukrainian saboteurs”, writes RIA Novosti.

“Two more Ukrainian saboteurs have been arrested”, RIA quotes the court message.

In particular, one of them – Oleksiy Stogniy, Russian media named as the colonel of the Central Intelligence of Ukraine. Another one – Glib Shabliy, is called the Ukrainian officer.

They were detained and arrested last week, but only on Monday, it became evident.

The court session was held behind closed doors. It chose a preventive measure of arrest for a period of two months.

The court, controlled by Russian occupation authorities, allegedly established a link between them and previously detained Ukrainians.

“All five are members of a single subversive group, which operates in Sevastopol”, – the source told RIA Novosti.

According to Russian propaganda channel Russia 1, Stogniy was arrested on November 15, when he was going with a gun at a meeting of group members.

Allegedly, Stogniy was closely associated with the so-called Shtyblikov group.

Russian media showed an excerpt with Stogniy interrogation, where he answered in the affirmative when asked whether he received money for doing intelligence.

“Yes, I received. I was in Kyiv many times. Dmytro Shtyblikov was coming from Kyiv to give me money too. The transfer of money took place in my shop”, said the detainee on security forces video.

Stogniy worked in a stationery-toys store in Sevastopol. He is a graduate of the Nakhimov Navy Institute of Sevastopol. He served on Ukrainian fleet as an expert in “radio engineering armament”. “Today, he is a senior officer of the 13-th section, the first department of the Central Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense”, Russian press insist.

The second detainee Glib Shabliy was a businessman but was named as the captain of the second rank.

“At the direction of the Central Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense, I performed intelligence tasks”, Shabliy cited by Russian media.

Russia 1 channel in the Dmitriy Kyseliov propagandist program showed a business card of Dmytro Yarosh.

Federal Security Service of Russia stated on November 9 about detention of the members of the “subversive and terrorist group of the Central Intelligence of Ukraine”, who allegedly planned to “commit sabotage actions on military and life support infrastructure in Crimea”

The detainees are the experts of the analytical center “Nomos” Dmytro Shtyblikov, Oleksiy Bessarabov and Volodymyr Dudka.

The Lenin district court of Sevastopol arrested them for 2 months.

On November 14, FSB published a video of the interrogation of the detained Ukrainians, where they allegedly confirm they work for Ukrainian intelligence.

This is the second attempt of Russia, which occupied Crimes, to accuse Ukraine in subversive actions.

In August, FSB informed about “terrorist acts”, which were allegedly prepared by Ukrainian Ministry of Defense.

Two Ukrainians were arrested, namely Evgen Panov and Andriy Zachtiy. Ukrainian Ministry of Defense stated that both of them do not have any connection with Ukrainian intelligence.

According to the human rights defenders, Panov was tortured few days when he confirmed on a video his “involvement” in the intelligence actions.
