The victims of the events on November 30, 2013, who protest against delaying the investigation of the events 3 years ago on Maidan, blocked the courtroom of the Shevchenko district court in Kyiv, a Facebook group “November 30” reported.

“Our trial continues. We have already spent here 24 h. We should celebrate and buy a cake! “Roshen” is an option),” – activists wrote.

They reported that after they sent an e-petition to the head of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine Zenoviy Holodnyuk, they were given permission to use a toilet on the 4th floor.

“This is a small victory in the Shevchenko district court in the capital of European Ukraine! They opened a toilet on the 4th floor, but we’re on the 5th! Why is it so hard for people to do elementary things???” – activists noted.

They also informed that they need a kettle.

From Wednesday’s morning, the victims of the November 30th events stay in the Shevchenko district court courtroom (room 6, 5th floor, Voznesenskyi ascent, 10 b), requiring not to delay the proceedings of the events on this night in 2013.

The activists demanded an immediate meeting with the president Petro Poroshenko and a resignation of the Attorney General as a head of the pretrial investigation, which is sabotaging the investigation of crimes against Euromaidan.

In addition, they proposed to create a specialized court which will decide examine crimes against Maidan activists. The judges have to selected on a competitive basis in consultation with the Public Integrity Council.

Activists announced other demands: to publish results of the National Police Attestation Commission; to publicize the names of all current employees of the Interior Ministry involved in crimes during Euromaidan; to immediately dismiss from the Interior Ministry existing employees involved in crimes during Euromaidan.

Victims promise to stay in the courtroom until their demands are not met.
