Ukraine plans to open police academy

Ukraine plans to open the police academy. Its recruits will serve in the patrol police.

Chairwoman of the National Police of Ukraine Khatia Dekanoidze announced this, the press service of the agency reports.

“We plan to launch the police academy. I’ll tell you a little secret: all the recruits, who will study at the police academy, will pass through the patrol police,” Dekanoidze said.

She added that new patrol police officers were working under a completely different approach because their activities were focused primarily on the society.
