Favorable employment of ATO participants comes into force in Ukraine
August 30, the amendments to the law of Ukraine on employment, which provide additional guarantees of employment to ATO participants, come into force.
Pursuant to the amendments, the combatants who “defend the independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and took part in the anti-terrorist operation, ensuring its implementation, staying directly in the area of operation’s conduct” are ranked now among the people, who should be employed on favorable terms, BBC-Ukraine reports.
The amendments apply only to people, who are registered at the State Employment Service as unemployed.
The employers, who employ an ATO participant upon recommendation of the State Employment Service for a period of not less than two years, will be monthly compensated the costs of social security tax.
