Ukraine is preparing the fifth lawsuit against the Russian Federation with the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).

First Deputy Justice Minister of Ukraine Natalia Sevostyanova said this on the air of Channel 5, BBC Ukraine reports.

We have four large claims against the Russian Federation within the framework of the European Court of Human Rights. This week, we will file another suit. The details will be disclosed later,” she said.

Sevostyanova added that the Ukrainian side was submitting the “gigabytes of information” to the Court’s server: “This is photos, video, regular evidence, the chronology of the war.”

The Russian side is trying to delay the process in every possible way,” the Deputy Minister said.

Russia officially denies its involvement in Donbas conflict, but admits presence of the Russian volunteers and “vacationers” from the Russian army there.

Ukraine filed the first lawsuit against Russia in March 2014 over the annexation of Crimea.
