Donbass Terrorists Sell Information About the Property of IDPs
In the rebelled-controlled territory in Eastern Ukraine, militants sell information from tax and notarial databases about property owned by displaced persons.
This information was announced by Dmitry Tymchuk, the creator of the group “Informational Resistance,” on his Facebook-page.
“In the territory controlled by the ‘LNR’ and ‘DNR’, the so-called ‘state authorities’ of the terrorist organizations are actively using the tax and notary database in order to violate the property of citizens who are forced to migrate to other regions of the country or abroad. These newly coined ‘officials’ are actively trading data about the property of citizens who interest militant and other criminal elements,” he writes.
Earlier, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, Valeriya Lutkovska, asked the SBU about the protection of personal data. Lutkovska inquired about how the personal data of IDPs from Donbas became available on the internet.
