Previously, ZMINA reported that Russians killed three people in Ukraine on October 7.

These strikes come amid reports that this year, Russia plans to cause large-scale blackouts in Ukraine before the heating season and halt the railway, which is why Russian forces are deliberately striking energy infrastructure and Ukrzaliznytsia’s assets.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy, in his evening address, said that he believes that the more effectively Ukraine evolves in long-range warfare, the sooner it will be able to achieve peace. He stated that Ukraine will significantly scale up the use of its long-range weapons and already has clear plans for the coming months.

Moreover, the President added that Ukraine supports all global diplomatic efforts for peace in the Middle East and strongly hopes that fair pressure on Russia will also bring peace for Ukraine.
