Girl died during the shelling in Donetsk region – Abroskin
The body of a girl was brought to Krasnohorivka. It is likely that she was killed on January 5 on the territory controlled by Ukraine as a result of mortar attack of illegal militias of Donetsk.
As reported by Vyacheslav Abroskin, chief of Police Department of Donetsk, on Sunday on his Facebook page.
“This morning soldiers brought the body of a girl, with a shrapnel wound to her feet, to Krasnohorivka. The body was discovered on January 5 on the road from Krasnohorivka to Staromykhailivka”, – he reported.
According to him, it was only possible to deliver the body on Sunday.
“The deceased girl is identified as resident of Krasnohorivka, born in a 1997. She was returning home from her friends” – said Abroskin.
According to the UN, from mid-April to December 1, 2016, at least 9,758 people were killed, including more than 2,000 civilians.
