Children from Luhansk region taught to fire gun in Russia
20 school students from the area of Luhansk region controlled by illegal armed groups have been trained in the “Guardsman” military and sports camp at the Ministry of Defence of Russia.

The camp is located in the Russian city of Nizhny Novgorod. A video, released by News-Front separatist resource, shows children telling they were taught to fire a gun at the camp.
“We learned a lot of things. For example, to assemble and disassemble a Kalashnikov assault rifle, to fire a Margolin pistol, to fire a Kalashnikov assault rifle at the field training,” a school student said.
Another student added they had been using live round.
The teenagers were awarded diplomas and watches on behalf of Russian Defence Minister Sergei Shoigu.
As a reminder, pursuant to the Optional Protocol to the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, joined by Russia and Ukraine, the states should take all measures to prevent children from being involved in the armed conflict.
