A trial for Russian propagandists: How to prove their complicity in international crimes?

The Crimean Human Rights Group (CHRG) will present a submission to the International Criminal Court (ICC) in Kyiv on Wednesday, November 5, at the Ukraine Media Center (9 B. Hrinchenka St.). The submission is based on evidence of the complicity of Russian propagandists in international crimes, particularly in the destruction of civilian infrastructure in Ukraine.

Experts who worked on the submission will discuss the main strategic approaches to proving this type of crime and the specifics of gathering evidence for the submission, including the use of artificial intelligence.
