Russians injured 22 civilians in a missile attack on the City of Poltava
According to early reports, Russians struck the civilian infrastructure with a Kh-59 cruise missile. Thereby, civilians have been injured. The Poltava Oblast Prosecutor’s Office clarified that 22 people required medical attention
