At least six dead, 13 wounded including two children in Russian strikes across Ukraine on October 25
On October 25, Russian attacks killed six civilians and wounded 13 others, including two children, across multiple regions of Ukraine, the heads of the local regional military administrations reported.

“On October 25, Russians killed four residents of the Donetsk region: three in Kostiantynivka and one in Siversk. One more person in the region was wounded during the day,” he reported.
According to his data, residential buildings and civilian infrastructure were damaged in Sloviansk, Kramatorsk hromada – a local government area that includes one or more nearby settlements, Spasko-Mykhailivka, Kostiantynivka, and Siversk.
Three hundred eighty-four people were evacuated from the front line, including 150 children.
Consequences of the Russian attack on KharkivOn October 25, the Kharkiv Oblast was also hit by Russian strikes in the regional center and five settlements. Russians attacked the Shevchenkivskyi and Kyiv districts of Kharkiv city with three UAVs.
“One person was killed; 7 people were wounded, including two children,” reported Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Oblast Military Administration.
According to his data, those wounded in Kharkiv city include a 25-year-old man, women aged 51 and 68, and boys aged 13 and 15. In the village of Kivsharivka, Kupiansk hromada, a 23-year-old man was killed. In the village of Kupiansk-Vuzlovyi, a 64-year-old woman and a 56-year-old man were wounded.
Additionally, a 48-year-old woman who was wounded in the October 22 shelling in Kharkiv sought medical assistance.
The attacks damaged residential buildings in the regional center; energy infrastructure and houses in the Lozivskyi District; and a private house and railway infrastructure in the Kupianskyi and Iziumskyi districts.

“Since evening, Russians have attacked the Nikopol area nearly a dozen and a half times. They directed FPV drones and heavy artillery at the district center, Marhanets, Pokrovske, and Myrivska hromadas,” wrote Vladyslav Haivanenko, Acting Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration. “A 63-year-old woman was wounded. She was taken to the hospital with burns, where she was provided with the necessary assistance.” The attack damaged private houses, a power line, and a gas pipeline.
On the night of 24-25 October, Russians conducted large-scale missile and drone strikes on settlements in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, killing two people and injuring seven, according to Haivanenko and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES).
The SES added that Russians killed a firefighter in a double-tap strike.
Also on October 25, the Russian army launched an attack on the Huliaipole hromada of Zaporizhzhia Oblast.
“Russians struck Rivnopillia with guided aerial bombs (KABs). A 63-year-old man was killed. Another wounded person suffered a concussion,” reported Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Oblast Military Administration.
Consequences of the Russian attack on KhersonLocal police in the Kherson Oblast also reported three wounded people.
In Kherson city, Russian occupiers struck an apartment building with a Molniya-type drone, wounding a 50-year-old local resident. In Antonivka, a 71-year-old woman stepped on a “Petal” landmine. Police evacuated the wounded woman and took her to the hospital.
In Bilozerka, a 79-year-old woman sought hospital treatment for injuries sustained the day before in her own yard after a drone dropped an explosive. She was diagnosed with a mine blast injury and a concussion.
Emergency workers have completed operations at all sites in Kyiv affected by a Russian attack on the night of 25-26 October.
SES reported that as of 4 p.m. on October 26, efforts to address the aftermath of the Russian strike in the Desnianskyi District of Ukraine’s capital had been completed.
Three people were killed and 33 were injured in the Russian attack on Kyiv on the night of 25-26 October.
This attack destroyed the warehouse complex and office of Ukraine’s second-largest pharmaceutical distributor, Optima-Pharm company, according to Liga.net, citing a market analyst and a company employee. Optima-Pharm also confirmed the destruction of the warehouse in a request to Ekonomichna Pravda. Optima-Pharm stated that the total damages from the attack are close to $100 million.
On October 24, Russian attacks killed four civilians in the Donetsk and Kherson regions. Additionally, five people were wounded in the Donetsk region, 29 civilians were wounded in the Kherson region, including three children, 13 civilians were wounded in the Kharkiv Oblast, and one person was wounded in the Russian shelling of the Zaporizhzhia region.
Earlier, Bohdan Bernatskyy, a member of the Sanctions Policy Working Group of the Crimean Platform Expert Network, revealed at the Third Parliamentary Summit in Latvia that over 1,300 Russian military companies and 2 million industrial workers continue to operate, many without international restrictions.
Ukraine urges the international community to unite to restore global security under the UN Charter and strengthen sanctions against Russia to enforce compliance with international law. Following Russia’s initial invasion in 2014, Ukraine has pursued the liberation of its territories within its internationally recognized 1991 borders while developing comprehensive reintegration strategies and policies for all liberated areas.
As is known, China, North Korea, India, and Brazil also assist Moscow in killing citizens of Ukraine in Russia’s war, including funding the Russian budget through trade.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has stated during a press conference in Brussels that China is not interested in Ukraine’s victory or Russia’s defeat.
“China is a very difficult question, really complicated. We do not have a permanent dialogue with Xi Jinping. We had some phone conversations, and he told me that he will not sell weapons. I know nothing about arms packages, but I know one thing: China helps Russia, does not help Ukraine, and is not interested in our victory or Russia losing,” the President said.
China said that it opposes recent US sanctions against two of Russia’s largest oil companies over Moscow’s war in Ukraine.
