400,000 Donbas residents left without water

Donetsk water filtration plant, located in the “DPR”-controlled territory, has stopped its work due to the armed provocations.
400,000 residents of Donetsk region have been left without water. The region is on the brink of the man-made disaster, the Center for Investigative Journalism reports.
As reports, the plant and the territory nearby came under fire from 82mm mortars and a sniper rifle on March 13. According to the ATO press center, the attack was launched by the members of the illegal armed groups.
