November 15-25, Russia plans to carry out a special operation in Ukraine in order to destabilize the internal situation in the country and provoke into holding early parliamentary elections.

Representative of the Security Service of Ukraine Anatoly Dublyk announced this at a briefing on Friday, Ukrinform news agency reports.

Russia is preparing provocations in Ukraine to cause holding the early parliamentary elections. The special operation is to begin on November 15 and provides for a series of mass protests until November 25,” Dublyk said.

According to him, the information about the plans of Russia for large-scale destabilization in Ukraine was received by the Security Service in close cooperation with the Foreign Intelligence Service.

These intelligence data generally coincide with the content of the so-called plan for the priority actions to destabilize the social and political situation in Ukraine, details of which were extracted from the email box of the Russian Presidential Adviser Vladislav Surkov,” Dublyk said.

He informed that, according to the Security Service and the Foreign Intelligence Service data, Russia relies on using a number of NGOs, which already carry out a series of mass protests in the capital and in other regions of the country.

The goal is to hold early parliamentary elections in order to bring the pro-Russian forces to power and strengthen them exclusively to revise the European policy and foreign policy vector of our state,” the SBU representative said.

The launch of the Russian operations, according to him, is scheduled for November 15 along with the all-Ukrainian rally of bank depositors. Later, starting from November 17, the main focus of protests will be shifted to the issue of a tariff increase.

The process should develop into blocking of government structures, increased claims to authorities. According to the Russian curators, the protests are planned to be given the image of broad popular support,” Dublyk stressed.
